Compassion Tea Company was founded in 2011 by six CompassioNow board members. The goal of Compassion Tea is to “Share Tea, Save Lives” by providing steady funding for CompassioNow’s projects that bring “Life-Saving Medical Care to the World’s Least Served.”

Proceeds from Compassion Tea are donated to CompassioNow, which strives to bring the life-saving message of the Gospel and life-saving medical care to people in rural parts of Africa.

Compassion Tea sells high-quality teas sourced within the Ethical Tea Partnership, an organization that promotes the health and well-being of the tea plants, the tea workers, and the environment.

Teas are available as loose leaf or in biodegradable pyramid sachets as well as in tea pillows for brewing large quantities of iced tea. We sell a balanced variety of black, green, oolong, white, and herbal teas.

Compassion Tea is sold wholesale to churches, coffee shops, gift shops, and cafes that want to offer a tea with a cause. Coffee shops and individuals may purchase tea through our partner HOPE Coffee.
